Department of BOTANY

The goal of this Department is to impart knowledge and to trained each student in plant sciences so as to make students understand the ever changing concepts in the field and facilitate specialization in the front line areas for future opportunities. The Laboratories are well equipped with major instruments viz. Laminar Air flow, BOD Incubator, PCR, UV Transilluminator, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, Horizontal & vertical Electrophorasis, Refrigerator (-20°C), Distillation Unit, Research Microscope, Cooling Centrifuge, Digital pH meter, Analytical balance Machine, Tissue Culture Racks, Water bath, Auto-clave, Colony counter, Hot air Oven, Microtome. The Department has introduced new B.Sc. Hons.Botany program from session 2020-21.





Department of ZOOLOGY

The Department has well equipped Laboratories and Infrastructure facilities with modern appliances such as Laminar Air Flow, PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction), BOD Incubator, UV-Transilluminator, UV- Vis Spectrophotometer, Horizontal & Vertical Electrophoresis, Ultra Centrifuge, Refrigerator (-20°C) Distillation Unit, Research Microscope, Digital Ph Meter, Analytical Balance Machine, Tissue Culture Racks, Water Bath, Autoclave, Colony Counter, Hot Air Oven, Microtome & Wide varieties of model & Specimen and Permanent slides etc. Department organizes practical Classes regularly as per the University Guidelines for the benefits of students. The Department has introduced new B.Sc. Hons. Zoology program from session 2020-21




Department of CHEMISTRY

The Chemistry Department provides a thorough fundamental knowledge of all fields of Chemistry to undergraduate/ postgraduate students. The Department offers both theoretical and practical knowledge to all the students. Department has well qualified and experienced faculty. We have four well furnished and developed laboratories equipped with analytical instruments such as Fume Hood, Double beam UV- Visible Spectrophotometer. UV detector, Calorimeter, pH Meter, Conductivity Meter, Vacuum Assembly, Water Distillation Assembly, Separation Assembly, Magnetic Stirrer with heat plate, Temperature Controlled Electric Oven, Heating Mental, Electric Water bath, Oil bath, Centrifuge Machine, Water & Air Condenser, Glassware and Desiccators etc. Industrial visits are organized for the purpose of practical manufacturing and processing knowledge to postgraduate Students. The Department has introduced new B.Sc. Hons. Program from Session 2020- 21s





Department of PHYSICS

The Department of Physics has been extremely active and has established itself as one of the premier science department. In our lab photovoltaic experiments, which are best known as method for Generating Electrical power by using solar cell. A number practical's performed in physics lab Mechanics, Optics, Thermo Dynamos, Electronics, Nuclear, Solid state and much more such as operational Amplifier with CRO, Fresnel by prism, platinum Thermometer, Klystron bench for microwave electronics, GM, Counter, Coupled Oscillator, Transistor, Diode, Fourth Prab etc. First specific and sensitive experiments we have a large Dark Rooms where experiments a conducted to define the perfection of physics sciences.





Department of Geography

The college has an experimental geography laboratory which is equipped with various modern equipment. In which students are given experimental work with the help of various models, in which various thematic map reading, scaling, and important applications related to climate and ecosystem are included. Study of complex structure of geology and seismic effects along with other important knowledge is imparted to the students. whose The Geography Laboratory for Under Graduate and Post Graduate classes is equipped with the following maps, globes, and various meteorological instruments for conducting experimental work. Globe World Map: Physical and Political, Continent of Asia: Physical and Political, Europe: Physical and Political, North America: Physical and Political, South America: Physical and Political, Australia: Physical and Political, India: Physical Geography laboratory is equipped with political and political thermometers, maximum and minimum thermometers, magnetic compasses, rain gauge, triumph compass, prismatic compass, survey rod, tape measure, arrow, plumb tongs, dump level, the odolite, plane table survey, tape measure instruments.




Department of COMPUTER

The BCA computer lab serves as pivot hub within SSG P.G Pareek college, catering to the technology needs of students, faculties and staff. Step into our computer lab with Three Floor. We have a total 17 Labs where 500 students are comfortably sit and explore. For dynamic presentation, we have projector facility there are also printer facility for printing documents. Our internet is super speed at 100Mbps. For safety we installed CCTV cameras, online UPS and fire system. Stay cool with water coolers with air condition Lab. The BCA computer lab stands as a cornerstone in fostering technological literacy and innovation.












Department of Music

The foundation of music department, S.S.G. Pareek P.G. College is laid in 2017 Past graduation course was started Jon collage in 2020. The circulation of music waves were incensed in courtyard and with Joint cooperation of the executive and professors, arrangements for many essential instruments were made like 5 Synthesizers, 1 Harmonium, 2 Set of Tabla, 1 Guitars, 1 k Jone, 1 congo etc. The Kulgeet of this heritage college written by Dr. Gayatri sharma and composed by Dr. O.P. Nair. The music department of this college is hoisting it's flag every year in the competitions held in Universities and other colleges.




Department of Drawing and Painting:

Drawing lab established in college for provide creativity and collaboration in between all students of Arts faculty. Drawing lab is a safe environment for learn at own place and develop skills, techniques and strategies as they learn with confidence. PG program is also running from academic session 2018-19 in Drawing and Painting to enlarge the creativity and thoughts of the students on paper through different type of drawing and painting like still life, creative design, t black & white portrait, colored portrait, creative portrait, life study, composition, print making, landscape painting etc.




Central Lab of Science:

Central lab established in Department of Science for enlarge the practical knowledge of micro-biology and biochemistry. Central Lab has is well furnished and developed laboratories equipped with instruments such as Laminar Flow, PCR machine, UV- Visible Spectrophotometer. BOD instrument, digital pH Meter, Conductivity Meter, Vacuum Assembly, Water Distillation Assembly, Separation Assembly, Magnetic Stirrer with heat plate, Temperature Controlled Electric Oven, Heating Mental, Water & Air Condenser, Glassware and Desiccators etc.
